In-person sales are subject to these same Terms of Service in addition to any terms communicated at the point of sale.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product or service through any channel at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary from the actual product received. Sensory Trove LLC makes no therapeutic or medical claims regarding any product sold through any channel.
10. Third Party Products and Suppliers
Some products available through Sensory Trove LLC are sourced from and fulfilled by third party suppliers. Sensory Trove LLC acts as a reseller and is not the original manufacturer of these products. While we make reasonable efforts to vet supplier quality we cannot guarantee the accuracy of third party product descriptions, materials, or safety certifications. Sensory Trove LLC’s liability for any third party product is limited to the amount paid for that specific product. 11. Digital Products
All digital products including ebooks, templates, guides, and downloadable content sold through any Sensory Trove LLC channel are licensed for personal use only. Customers receive a license to use the digital product and do not receive ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, resell, repackage, rebrand, or create derivative works from any digital product purchased through any Sensory Trove LLC channel without prior written consent from Sensory Trove LLC.
Due to the immediately accessible nature of digital products all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for digital products once they have been downloaded or accessed unless the product is materially defective or fails to deliver as described.
12. Print on Demand Products
Print on demand merchandise sold through Sensory Trove LLC is fulfilled by Printful. Production and shipping times are subject to Printful’s current fulfillment schedules. Sensory Trove LLC is not responsible for delays in production or shipping caused by Printful or third party carriers. Returns and exchanges for print on demand products are subject to Printful’s return policy in addition to Sensory Trove LLC’s return policy outlined in Section 14.
13. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice across all channels. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase regardless of channel. By submitting payment through any channel you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Sensory Trove LLC does not collect, store, or process payment card information directly. All electronic payment processing is handled by secure third party payment processors. In-person payment terms will be communicated at the point of sale.
14. Order Acceptance, Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Placement of an order through any channel does not constitute a binding contract until confirmed by Sensory Trove LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion through any channel.
Physical product returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery or purchase for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. In-person purchases are subject to the same return policy unless otherwise communicated at the point of sale.
The following items are non-returnable for health and safety reasons: opened sensory chew tools, opened oral motor tools, and any product that has been used or damaged after delivery or purchase. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed as outlined in Section 11.
15. In-Person Sales
Sensory Trove LLC may sell products and distribute content in person through storefronts, pop-up markets, community events, sales tents, and face to face transactions. All in-person sales are subject to these Terms of Service in their entirety. By purchasing from Sensory Trove LLC in person you agree to these terms to the same extent as if you had purchased through sensorytrove.com. All medical, legal, and content disclaimers contained in these terms apply equally to any verbal, written, or visual content shared by Sensory Trove LLC representatives in person.

All content across all Sensory Trove LLC channels including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, blog posts, social media content, email content, digital products, product descriptions, and any other original work is the property of Sensory Trove LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from any Sensory Trove LLC channel without prior written consent from Sensory Trove LLC.
17. User Conduct
